What if you love cats and suffer from cat allergies? What do you do then? Would you for a moment think of giving your cat to another cat person? Or you continue to pet it? You keep your cat, right? Because you’re a crazy cat person who cannot part with cats even though if it risks having a running nose and watery eyes all the time.

You just don’t understand until you’re a cat mom/dad.
2. Vacuuming all the time after getting a cat
Me every weekend: “Sorry, busy removing cat hair from…everywhere.”
4. You’ve got loads of antihistamines on you all the time.
Allegra? Claritin? Zyrtec? You’ve got it all!
5. You’d kiss your cat even though your lips will swell afterwards
Whatever, it eventually goes away.
6. You cat comes and sleep and you and you’re okay with it
You: “Sleep out on the sofa.” Your cat: “Nah.”

Pet cat, wash hands, repeat. Forever.
9. You’re perfectly willing to endure allergies as it’s worth it.
